Slitheen Family
The Slitheen Family were a group of criminals of the Raxacoricofallapatorian race.
External Features
They were large, bulky humanoids with large eyes and powerful arms with long claws. Their skin was a yellowish green but could range in colour from grey-green to a dark green to even a brownish orange.
Raxacoricofallapatorians hatched from large green eggs that had several tendrils. As they aged, they lost moisture from their tissue and they calcified, turning into stone.
Despite their size, they were capable of surprising speeds and could overpower a human. They could hunt by scent and could identify an individual’s species, age, sex, emotional state and location by scent as well.
Internal Features
Raxacoricofallapatorians were calcium-based life forms which made them vulnerable to acetic acid.
They had a more efficient metabolism than a human. Their blood was red and their tears were milky and slightly acidic. The females could create poison when in danger usually released through their breath or by a dart-like claw.
Technology
The Slitheen were scavengers known for stealing advanced technology from other species. They developed faster-than-light technology long before humans did and they could modify a pig into a humanoid form.
Their most distinguishable technology was their compression fields. This technology allowed them to disguise themselves as other, smaller humanoids by fitting into their skins. Compression-field collars allowed them to squeeze into the smaller skins and their size was controlled by the movement of gas which caused a farting condition but with a smell similar to bad breathe due to calcium decay.
