Davros
Davros was the head of the Kaled Scientific Elite on the planet Skaro who was better known as the creator of the Daleks. His relationship with the Daleks was always tense but at one point he served as the Emperor of the Imperial Dalek faction and later the entire race.
Personality
Early in his life, Davros had a sound mind but through his experiences in the Thal-Kaled War, he became a depraved and insane megalomaniac. He was tyrannical and ruthless.
He relentlessly experimented on the Kaled people until he perfected his master creation, the Daleks.
Physical Characteristics
When the Doctor first encountered Davros, he was sitting in a life-support chair the resembled the base of a Dalek. His skin was discoloured and his body was crippled by some accident in his past. He had lost vision in his Kaled eyes so a blue lens was placed in his forehead. A metal brace was attached to his head with wires plugged into his skull. A throat microphone implant allowed him to speak since his voice was also damaged in the accident.
Throughout the years, Davros’ skin changed colour slightly and in one instance, he lost his right hand which was replaced with a claw and then a prosthetic substitute.
